1. General
This is the most recent Terms and Conditions of Service as of December 25th, 2017.
Any further changes modify and replace all former agreements.

2. Service
Developing Social Media Management and the DevelopingSocialMedia.com website (heretofore referred to as DevelopingSocialMedia.com) will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and content on the social media services we agree to provide services for.
The expected amount of followers, likes and/or comments is not guaranteed to you in any way. It mostly depends on the quality of your content and how interesting the content is. We take no responsibility for creating content for or advising you on your social media content, unless your account package includes this specific service.

DevelopingSocialMedia.com uses hashtags, finding suggested accounts and/or related accounts, and/or other methods to find content to like and/or comment on. The content liked and/or commented on via your account is the responsibility of the content provider. We do not guarantee is it related to a specific niche or appropriate. It is the social media service’s responsibility to remove inappropriate content.
There may be content which you do not personally approve of, though you can unfollow any account at any time.

3. PayPal, Credit Card, and Other Payments
You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal or your credit card provider.
Your re-occurring payment term will automatically recur for the same amount on the same term if you fail to cancel or notify us for cancellation. If you register for a service package with a free trial, a charge will be applied for a full term upon completion of the trial period. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address.
If you fail to reply within 1 week you will automatically forfeit any chance of a refund for that term and previous terms payments and instead be applied “time” as service for the monies paid.

4. Registration
By subscribing to a specific payment term, you must pay for the complete term time before receiving service. If there is no cancellation request, you will be charged for an additional term. If at any stage you would like to cancel your term, please contact support 24 hours before your next service charge.
You agree by registering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.

5. Copyright
You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on the DevelopingSocialMedia.com website without the written consent of a DevelopingSocialMedia.com representative.

6. Social Media
You will only use the DevelopingSocialMedia.com website in a manner which follows all agreements made with the social media service on each particular social media service’s Terms of Service page.

7. Liabilities
DevelopingSocialMedia.com is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by your social media service.

8. Disclaimer
DevelopingSocialMedia.com will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. DevelopingSocialMedia.com makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide except those explicitly stated as a guarantee. Since DevelopingSocialMedia.com uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee up time or availability of our website. Since DevelopingSocialMedia.com accesses the API or websites of social media services, we cannot guarantee the up time or availability of those services. Therefore, services may be affected by the ability to access those services.

9. Change of Terms
This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by DevelopingSocialMedia.com is required upon your continued use of our website or software.

10. Refund Policy
Since DevelopingSocialMedia.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service has begun. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to begin. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.
Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
Dissatisfaction: If you are completely unsatisfied with the product, we will offer you a pro-rated refund, defined as a refund for any months the customer has paid for in advance. Once the month of service has begun, a refund will not be given for that month. For that reason, customers on a monthly plan will not be offered a refund with the exception of the first month unless the service is not as described. When a pro-rated refund is given, the discount is invalidated and all months previous to the refund must be paid at the full price. (For example, if you pay $199 for three months in advance, for a total of $597, and you cancel after one month, you will be charged $225 for the month of service. Therefore, the refund will be $372. If you receive a refund after 2 months, the refund will be $147.) Additionally, in the case of a pro-rated refund, a $99 research fee will be deducted if the customer cancels during the first billing payment.

11. Privacy Policy
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
